I am involved in commercial diving operations, with a focus on quality assurance, operational boundaries, and acceptance decisions for hull cleaning and underwater inspection (UWILD).

My background comes from years of field involvement, working closely with diving teams, project owners, and operators. This experience shapes how I assess whether underwater work is acceptable, conditionally acceptable, or should be limited based on risk, evidence, and operational context.

I do not position myself as a classification authority, nor do I replace class surveyors or engineers. My role is to identify boundaries early, highlight operational risks, and ensure documentation reflects actual site conditions — not assumptions.

This site serves as a public record of field perspectives and QA considerations, intended to help stakeholders understand where underwater work should be questioned, clarified, or escalated.

I do:

• Review and document underwater work from a QA and acceptance perspective
• Clarify what can reasonably be accepted based on field conditions
• Highlight when class or higher authority should be involved
• Support clear and honest reporting of underwater activities

I do not:

• Perform classification or statutory surveys
• Approve structural repairs or welding procedures
• Act as a substitute for class surveyors or flag authorities

Context

I am currently the Managing Director of PT Pancaran Samudera Nusantara (PSN), a company engaged in commercial diving operations.
